When will I have access to the training?
As soon as you purchase this training you will have access. 

Do I need to have completed the Level 1 Training and completed my hours to get my certificate?
As long as you have complete the Modules in the course and have given and experienced at least one session, even if you don't have enough hours yet to get your certificate - you can still start this training.

How can I contact you if any questions during the course? 
There will not be a live Q&A like the main certification, but you can post your questions under each lesson or module and we will answer you directly.
