Families of Drug Addiction & Alcoholism

Online Support Course

A course for those who have loved ones suffering from alcohol or other drug addictions

SIGN UP NOW

This course is for the families.

There are so many resources, rehabs and support for addicts themselves. We realise that the whole family is affected when a loved one suffers from addiction.

Answer me this...

Have you ever noticed that whatever you seem to do actually ends up making it worse?
Have you noticed that what you do, causes your loved one to push you away more?

So often what family members are doing is adding to the problem, with this course we wish to bring awareness to this fact.
Awareness is the first step, then comes the next step of bringing about conscious change in our behaviours.

You will learn techniques to gain greater self awareness, and weekly practices to change these habitual thought patterns which tend to drag us into reactive/conditioned responses.

Only by cleaning up our side of the street can we be of true help to those we love.

What will I gain?

In this course we focus specifically on the family members and the difficulties they face when in these situations.
If you are in a situation where a loved one is using drugs or alcohol and you feel powerless, then this course is for you.

We will not be giving you ways to “fix” your loved ones addiction, as that is impossible.
But what we will be doing is teaching you simple and effective ways to be of help without making things worse.

It felt like the both of you were talking directly to me! I heard and felt every part of the ‘fixing’, the accusing and the ‘just stop!’ It will be an interesting week whilst I step away from me and look at things from my son's pov. Thank you

Hi there Ryan & Matt. I completed the 6 modules of your support of loved ones program. Have to say it was fabulous, so very informative and certainly thought provoking, I appreciated the structure you applied but keeping it fairly informal with the interaction between the both of you making it like an easy conversation to listen to.

Thank you guys, keep up your good and important work

Brilliant guys...I am fortunate enough to be in a position where my loved one has come thru the other end but these tools are so handy going forward. It’s always a concern knowing they can slip back into bad habits

Also I have been doing the online parent course with Ryan and Matt, just wanted to pass on that I am finding it so good, it feels so supportive doing it, and listening to their side of why, hopefully more understanding will assist my son and myself
