The Bottom Up Approach To Healing Trauma & Nervous System Dysregulation
The Embodied Process is the bottom-up approach to working with trauma, low self esteem, anxiety, addiction, depression and a myriad of other stress related issues
This process was created based on years of lived experience, research, training and client sessions.
The creators have incorporated the best methods to help practitioners and clients deepen not only their ability to work with what was once unworkable with normal psychology, but to also deepen into themselves and live a much more present and embodied life.
With all the recent neuroscience on trauma, the underground embodied movement that is sweeping through the western world we are only just beginning to understand what our survival physiology is all about, but with this knowledge we have a chance to make transformation happen from the ground up, we have a chance to work with the foundations of our human experience rather than just playing around on the surface creating more & more enticing psychological concepts.
The survival drive lives within our physiology, it is “below” the intellect. It is part of our body’s autonomic nervous system. Our culture is one that is based on survival, our collective physiology is one that is based on protection, threat and on survival of the individual, this leaves us unable to experience true connection because our underlying physiology protects us from it.
This survival drive has its roots deep within our unconscious and our body.
To get to it requires us to move beyond the common psychological practices of the west and move downward, into our body, our nervous system and into the unprocessed pain that exists within our physicality.LEARN MORE IN THE PRE-TRAINING
The common state of human consciousness in the west is one that lives primarily in the intellect.
Although the intellect has extreme benefits and has taken humanity further than we would have ever dreamed of a century ago it also has its limitations and if not balanced by genuine embodiment it can become problematic, keeping us cut off from direct experience and treating the symptom whilst ignoring the underlying drivers.
Emotional distress, survival stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, all of this lives as unprocessed constrictions in our body.
The Embodied Process is a technique used to safely meet and digest unprocessed life experience, which then has the ability to lift us up to experiencing higher and higher levels of freedom within our physical, emotional, spiritual and psychological experience.

Without truly understanding how our autonomic nervous system works we are a slave to these responses, these underlying survival patterns are ones that play out automatically creating distress and suffering and conflict within our daily lives.
When we have the proper understanding and map of our own internal landscape we can begin to navigate the terrains of the unconscious that have previously remained outside of our awareness.
This then gives us the freedom to be able to move toward and process much of our abandoned parts of our sense of self that we have long attempted to avoid.
Having this map, we will also give a process that will help you walk through the terrain. With this training you will receive the proper understanding of trauma based on the latest research and neuroscience as well as spiritual knowledge based on ancient traditions.
This training incorporates both eastern and western philosophies, combining the two and packaging them into a simple, yet effective process that works.UPFRONT PAYMENT

"This is the way forward for addiction and trauma therapy.
I've been fortunate to have participated in a few courses conducted by Ryan and his colleague, Matt Nettleton. Their honest, vulnerable and no BS delivery of, what is, in my opinion the most effective and compassionate therapy for trauma and addiction, is outstanding. These two blokes are real. They've lived it. They're now giving new hope to those who have found 'traditional' modalities and methods to be unsuccessful. I have so much respect for the work that they do. Love and light :)"
"Thanks once again, you blow my mind with the way you connect the understanding of what you are teaching with those questions you pose and how it seems to unlock a previously misunderstood concept. I really get such big revelations out of what you teach, so appreciative to learn this stuff."
"Wow, your modules were excellent. I found that from the very first one, I finally had permission to ‘let go’. The skill development throughout the other modules helped me so much. My new attitude made a big difference to our family dynamic. Thank you."
"Life-changing is how I’d describe the courses I have done with The Centre for Healing. Ryan and Matt deliver the content in a easy to understand and relatable manner, letting you be the pilot of your healing, allowing deep rooted healing and the true you to shine through 😊"
"These guys are amazing. Always going the extra mile to encourage and support everyones healing journey. It really is life-changing. Thank you!"
"Thank you. I am getting so much out of this course"
The model that you will learn via this training is one that will take you into a new paradigm, a new way of viewing mental health, trauma, addiction, spirituality and related issues.
It will give you a new way of viewing your identity, your sense of self and your direct experience.
By viewing things in a new way it opens us up to a sense of curiosity where the possibilities are endless.
We have found that most people struggle with the situation because they don't completely understand it. Whatever we don't understand we are afraid of.
